Physical Orders
Processing & Shipping
Physical orders are processed within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. Delivery time after shipment depends on the carrier and destination.
Processing time and shipping time are separate. During busy periods, we’ll communicate any significant delays that affect your order.
Local Delivery
Local delivery remains available for eligible orders in our service area.
Availability, delivery timing, and any applicable delivery fee will be confirmed during checkout or before your order is finalized. Please do not assume same-day or next-day delivery unless it has been specifically confirmed for your order.
Returns & Order Issues
Physical Product Returns
Because our products are prepared in small batches, we accept return or replacement requests for damaged or incorrect items only.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selected at checkout, or an item that has been used or damaged after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Please keep the item and packaging until we’ve reviewed your request.
We’ll review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Digital Products
Your Life, On Purpose — Digital Planner
The Portrait Edition and Landscape Edition are sold as two separate digital products. Each edition is $27 and includes its own 90-day planner, instructions, and 42 digital stickers.

Please select the edition you want before completing your purchase. Buying one edition does not include the other.
Digital Delivery & Download
Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.
After purchase, you’ll receive access to download the ZIP file for the edition you purchased. Download and extract the ZIP to access your planner, instructions, and stickers.
The planner is intended for use with a compatible PDF annotation app. An annotation app and compatible device are not included with your purchase.
Digital Product Refunds
Due to the downloadable nature of digital products, digital planner purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
If you receive an incorrect file, cannot access your download, or discover a technical issue with the supplied files, please contact us with your order number so we can help resolve it.
