We want you to love your Sassy Parcel—every bit of it! If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and damages:
Returns:
You have 7 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return for a full refund, as long as the item is in its original condition. Just shoot us a message and we’ll get you taken care of!
Damaged Items:
Oh no! If your item arrives damaged, we’ve got your back—but we need a little help from you. Please send clear photos of the damage within 24 hours of delivery so we can process a replacement, refund, or store credit. No pics, no proof, no sass (we mean that with love!).

Our custom cups and tumblers are made with love—and a little sass—so treat them like the fabulous pieces they are!

Shipping & Delivery Info
Here’s how your happy mail makes its way to you:
Shipping Times:
We don’t ship on weekends (because even sass needs a break). Please allow 24–48 hours after placing your order to receive your tracking number—excluding weekends.
Local Delivery (Tomball, Spring, & The Woodlands, TX):
Lucky enough to be local? We offer local delivery for a small fee!
• Orders placed by 12 PM (noon) can be delivered same day.
• Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered the next day.
• No deliveries on Self-Care Sundays—we’ll be sipping and recharging.
